EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Blosch has provided professional mediation services for family court and civil disputes for over 15 years. He has worked in a variety of public service and private sector positions all of which have helped develop his special expertise as a mediator. For instance, he has served as a judge in Polk and Dallas counties for nearly two decades. In addition, Mr. Blosch served as a juvenile officer and director of an emergency faciility for abused and neglected children licensed by the State of Missouri Children's Division.
He also served as a Social Worker/Investigator for the Missouri Division of Senior and Disability Services investigating allegations of abuse and neglect of seniors and individuals with disabilities.
In the private sector, Mr. Blosch has significant experience in the support of subrogation and litigation efforts in the insurance industry and support of contract litigation efforts in the aircraft manufacturing industry. He has also served as a family court attorney and Guardian Ad Litem. Further, Mr. Blosch taught Legal Aspects of Healthcare Administration at the graduate level and became a licensed Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator.
